BeaconHouseware.com Terms and Conditions is in general compliance with U.S. laws and industry practices. These as the rules and guidelines for using Beaconhouseware.com:


Welcome to BeaconHouseware.com (hitherto referred as "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.


1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

  • Use the website to transmit harmful or malicious content.
  • Interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

2. Eligibility

To use our website or make a purchase, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

3. Products and Pricing

a. Product Availability

We strive to ensure product availability but cannot guarantee that items will always be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantities of any product at any time.

b. Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for that product and issue a refund.


4. Order Processing and Payment

a. Order Acceptance

Your order is subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

b. Payment

Payments must be made through the methods specified on our website. We do not store payment information; transactions are handled securely by our third-party payment processors.


5. Shipping and Returns

a. Shipping

We will provide estimated delivery times during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.

b. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is outlined herein on our website. Returns are subject to approval, and refunds will be issued in accordance with our policy.

All sales are final with exception of defective products, damage items, or product is not as advertised. 

c. Damages

In all cases the purchaser must contact us and request an RA to return items.

Damages are the responsibility of the Carrier once the shipment is delivered to the Carrier. Customers must make damage claims directly to the Carrier within 10 days of receipt of the order. All boxes and packaging material are necessary when filing a claim. A BeaconHouseware customer service representative may be contacted from the contact form on this site for assistance.

Such damages must be reported within 24 hours, with documented proof, otherwise claim and/or credit may be denied. To ensure full credit, original packaging, manuals and shipping boxes must be retained for inspection.

All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of order.

Product sold by BeaconHouseware may be sold with warranties. All warranty material must be read carefully, as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by Vendor and Product.

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization signed by an authorized BeaconHouseware representative. To request an RA please contact a BeaconHouseware customer service representative from this site for an RA number. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. RA's are effective for 60 days only.

c. All Returns

The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging.

If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused.

If shipping labels are placed on the package, and/or RA numbers written on the Vendor’s boxes, the product will not be eligible for return.

All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the Vendor must be returned with the product.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in chargebacks, penalties, and/or other fees to Customer, up to and including denial of RA credit.

All Returns must be returned to BeaconHouseware with freight PREPAID, FOB Destination.

c. Defective Product Returns

Defective Product may be returned to BeaconHouseware within thirty (30) days of sale to Beacon’s Customer. After 30 days, defective Product must be returned to the Manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.

Damaged and defective Product replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.

c. Non-Defective Returns

All non-defective returns will be assessed a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

Non-defective returns will not be accepted ninety (90) days after sale to Customer, regardless of reason.

Returns will only be accepted if Product is in resalable condition with all original packaging.

Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return. Vendors may also prohibit certain products from being returned. A Beacon Sales Representative will notify Customer that a product is not returnable to Beacon upon ordering the particular product(s).

Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, Beacon will credit Customer’s account for Product costs. No cash refunds will be allowed. Credit on Customer’s account will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice. Return credit will be processed based on original payment terms of invoice, less any discounts. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase.

If Product returned to Beacon does not match the Product on BeaconHouseware’s return authorization (RA), the return will be refused, no credit will be issued to Customer and Customer will be responsible for any freight or handling charges associated with returning the unauthorized returned Product to Customer.

Customer must allow one week for return processing.

c. Exchanges

Customers may elect, rather than receive credit to exchange their item for a product of equal or greater cost, under conditions of availability, and pre-approval of the request from a BeaconHouseware representative.




6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of BeaconHouseware.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.


7. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeaconHouseware.com, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.


10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the website at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in GIles County, Tennessee, USA.


12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
